Agreement to Terms

By using or paying for Wifi Squared internet service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return Policy.

If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us to cancel your account.


1. About Our Service

Wifi Squared provides internet access through Fixed Wireless, Fiber, and Mobile LTE connections.
We serve both residential and business customers.
Business plans include a stronger Service Level Agreement (SLA) and receive priority support and repairs.


2. Billing and Payments

Monthly Billing
All plans are billed on the 1st of each month.

Payment Options
You can pay automatically or manually through our secure online portal.
Payments can be made using all major credit cards, checks, or ACH.

Security of Payments
All payments made through our online portal are encrypted and protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Credit card and bank information are processed and stored through PCI-compliant payment systems, and Wifi Squared never stores your full payment details on our servers.

Annual Plans
Annual pre-payments receive a discount. If you cancel early, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the unused months.

No Contracts
Service is month-to-month.

Refunds

  • Cancel between 1st–15th → Full refund of that month’s service fee.
  • Cancel after 16th → The service fee for that month is non-refundable.
  • Equipment returned after 30 days will not receive a returnable installation (setup) fee.
  • Refunds will be provided using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Setup Fees
Refundable if equipment is returned in working condition within 30 days of installation.


3. Equipment Ownership and Returns

All installed equipment is owned by Wifi Squared, LLC unless we choose to transfer ownership.

  • Equipment that can be reused will be picked up by our team.
  • If equipment is damaged, lost, or unreturnable, the replacement cost may be charged to your account.
  • Original packaging isn’t required for return.
  • Equipment returned after 30 days will not receive a returnable installation (setup) fee.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel service anytime.

To cancel, contact us by:

  • Phone or text: 865-366-4006
  • Email: tickets@wifisquared.com
  • Or through the billing portal

We may reach out to the account holder to confirm the request before closing the account.

Refunds

5. Return Policy

The return policy applies only to company-owned equipment.

  • Setup fees are refundable if the equipment is returned in good condition within 30 days.
  • Cancellations made between 1st–15th receive a full refund of the monthly service fee.
  • Cancellations made after the 16th do not receive a refund of the monthly service fee.
  • Equipment returned after 30 days will not receive a returnable installation (setup) fee.
  • Unless told otherwise, we will schedule a time to recover the equipment after cancellation.
  • Refunds will be provided using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any illegal activity.
This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Child exploitation or pornography
  • Illegal file sharing or downloads
  • Any activity that violates U.S. law

We cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Excessive or abusive bandwidth use—such as continuously using all available upload/download bandwidth—may lead to speed throttling or cancellation at our discretion.


7. Outages and Credits

We work hard to keep your service running smoothly.

  • If an outage lasts more than 24 hours, we may issue a credit for the downtime.
  • For shorter outages (one hour or more), we’ll do our best to notify affected customers.
  • If you think an outage qualifies for a credit, please contact us.

8. Limits of Liability and Warranties

Internet speeds and uptime are “up to” the advertised rates, depending on network conditions, device quality, and location.
Wifi Squared does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for service during the previous 30 days.


9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally first.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in Sevier County, Tennessee.
Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Any claim must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
If a court determines any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining sections will still apply.


11. Privacy and Data Use

Wifi Squared values your privacy.

  • We collect only the data needed to provide and maintain your service—such as name, address, contact details, network diagnostics, and billing info.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information, mobile numbers, or usage data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide service (e.g., payment processors or network partners).
  • You can review, update, or request deletion of your information by contacting connect@wifisquared.com or 865-366-4006.
  • We secure our systems and use tools like Shield Security to protect against unauthorized access or data loss.
