How do I access my account portal?
The ‘username’ field on the account portal sign-in page is the full email address that we use to correspond with you- sorry for this confusion!
If you’ve never been able to register, or forgot the password you once created for your account portal- the ‘Forgot your password?’ link will allow you to reset and gain access by following its prompts
